Reviews
Weak sides: a lot of garbage, quite dirty inside, management don’t care about their tenants (unexpected decisions made all of the sudden, solution of service problems lasts for ages), poor plumbing (something leaks every time).
Strong sides: sales managers are great, looks nice inside, restaurants and migros.
When I was moving-in it was said that it’s dog-friendly community and it was allowed to walk with dogs within Site. Moreover I invited my friend to rent an apartment here because it’s dog friendly (btw, he rent an apartment here just yesterday).
Today management changed their mind and decided to prohibit walking with dogs within Site area. What is interesting that there are plenty of homeless dogs outside, some of them are aggressive and it’s dangerous for both dog and owners walking outside. Moreover, there is no park nearby. It’s looks like you can find a park but in fact it’s private areas (or other Site) and you’re prohibited to enter there. But management doesn’t care and they say there are plenty areas nearby with parks and keep walking with your dogs there. Awful!
I can close my eyes on leaking toilets (in a new apartment), or on garbage from children everywhere, but when they change their mind so easy without discussing it with their tenants - it’s better to leave such place to save nerves. I’ll consider this options if nothing changed.
Beautiful building with rude administration service which always against you
Strict rules without asking
But you must pay every month aidat 6TL per 1m2! Right now it’s 12TL(after 6 months)
Don’t allow walk with dogs inside, insane!
Not dog friendly whatsoever!
A nice, comfortable place with many new restaurants in it and around it, and it is still opening new restaurants and new clothing brands and items, there are two telecom networks and Turkcell close to it from inside the complex.
Demir country, a very nice compound with almost everything! There is a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, donut shops, cafes, spices market, and more.
All these are just less then 2 mins by walking without even having to cross the road!
Amazing place with high safety as there is 2 security guards 24/7 and a nearby police station where you only have to cross a road.
Plus that, you are near Marmara Park, West Istanbul Marina (WIM), and a huge parking!
Think to have this place as your new home!
Feels like a mini country!
The worst experience I have ever had.
Awful angry customer service, weird rules. If you don't agree with something, they threaten you with fines. That’s illegal.
Garbage everywhere, but they charge quite expensive Aidat. What I’m paying for? At evening time is totally dark inside, no places to sit, swimming pools are funny and small.
Poor electricity, stinks of sewerage and lot more makes this place impossible to live.
Avoid this place, save your nerves.
Noisy, expensive rent ,expensive aidat around 100$ for 3+1 , a lot of children and distribution voices, shouts.
Everything here is messy.
I don’t recommend it to families who want peaceful and calm place to stay in.
Friends live there, beautifully made and secure compound.
This whole place is a scam!!! They've finally opened the gym, but it is paid for the residents! Moreover, you can't buy monthly membership, only annual which costs 7500 TL. Additionally to all of that, after opening the gym they've incresed idat twice to 1700 TL(was 850). Trash is everywhere, the build quality is terrible. Stay away from this place as far as you can.
